Jen Allen

Jen Allen, Yoga Instructor

Jen has been practicing yoga since the beginning of 2009 and teaching classes since 2012 in Maryland. With over 1,700 hours of class teaching time under her belt, she constantly works to improve your experience in her dynamic and upbeat classes. She is also a member of the Yoga Alliance and International Yoga Therapists. She teaches a myriad of yoga styles including: Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow, Power, Gentle, Yin, and Restorative yoga. For an added challenge, she also practices acroyoga, and loves gaming.

She is of graduate of MUIH with a Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy (2017). Adding to her experience and knowledge seeking for better health through yoga. In 2017 Jen traveled to Thailand to learn Thai Yoga Bodywork. Her goal is help you become the best version of yourself through yoga!
