Brent's interest in yoga began in its physical benefits - strength, balance, flexibility, control. As is the story with many practitioners, as his practice deepened he began to explore and incorporate qualities that initially didn't make sense, such as the meditative and mindful qualities of a practice.
Now he simply seeks to deepen his understanding of the physical and mental components of yoga while helping on their journey. Brent fundamentally believes that each person's yoga practice is uniquely their own - to teach what he has learned while giving people the space to find what works for them.
He hopes to learn as much from his students as they from him.
